I’m so excited to welcome you to Keep Your Head Healthy!

This is a hub where you’ll find ideas about how to make the most of this moment in our lives and support for navigating uncharted territory.

We’ll have videos, blogs and exercises from our team on all kinds of subjects to stimulate your curiosity and explore the mind, body, soul & spirit.

I believe that we’ve reached a tipping point, that we’re being called to slow down, take stock and reevaluate. If we use this time to make a more meaningful connection to ourselves, others and the planet, then we’ll be doing something very important indeed during these unprecedented circumstances.

Now is the time to think deeply about projects, ideas, strategies, health, fitness, relationships, wellbeing … We’re usually so busy caught in ‘The Rush’ that we can end up travelling through life as an observer, feeling disconnected from our experience and sometimes a little lost.

This hub has been created so that we can explore our connection with ourself, our work, relationships with others and a sense of belonging to nature. We'll be publishing all manner of things, from practical guides for managing conflict in the home, to cheatsheets for maximum productivity, to stories of self-discovery from spiritual teachers.

This week for example Kate Leman, Positive Mental Attitude Coach, will be teaching us how to start the day in the best possible way with her My Morning Matters guide. She’ll be sharing wisdom about how to get the edge each day by making small choices that, when added together, move you towards a more fulfilling life.

Amy Bowley, fitness guru, will be setting you up for success with a home gym for under £10. She’ll be starting us off with fitness fundamentals for getting your technique right from the get go. The last thing we need is poor form while working out at home, then injuring ourselves and having to visit a doctors surgery or hospital!

So, she’ll start us off with really strong foundations, then next week we’ll ramp it up with some body blitzing sessions!

Emma Denning, Mindfulness coach and Artist will be running creative workshops for all ages. Keeping your creativity flowing whether you’re with the whole family and in need of some isolation inspiration or going it solo. With an adult only Drink and Draw workshop next Friday evening!

We’ll have advice on how to set up your home office, with tips for separating spaces if you’re working and living in the same room. Daily routines to boost mental fitness from Business and Sports Psychologists. We’ll share advice on how to contribute to team morale when working remotely and also how to make sure you’re performing at your peak if you’ve never worked from home before.

We've got a dedicated family, couples and youth counsellor, Mike Flinn MBACP, to support you with private online counselling sessions if you feel you'd like some support through the tougher times. In fact you can book online sessions with each of our coaches, whether thats for Personal Training, mental health, relationship counselling, professional performance just scroll to the Book your 1-2-1 Session section and we’ll contact you directly to make the appointment.

With so much uncertainty going on around us, this is a place of fun and facts, curiosity and creativity.

We’re so excited to be alongside you on this journey of exploration through mind, body, soul & spirit.

It’s a brave niu world!

Let’s do this … x
